For 25 years, River Farm Smokery in Bottisham, have been curing and smoking fish, meat and game. Noted in Leith's Fish Bible, River Farm is a thoroughly traditional smokery, where the brick kilns are hand-fired using only the finest quality oak, maple and whisky barrel chips.

Add to this an extensive range of smoked fish from Pinneys of Orford, Burwash hams and chorizos and salamis from our local Italian and Spanish importers.
